3. Applying for the National Certification

When “Not Submitted” option is visible next to the “Application Payment”, it means that candidates have to pay the application fees to get the ATT letter.

4. Qualify a Criminal Background Check

EMT Recertification Process

To recertify or renew an EMT certificate, the applicants in the state of South Carolina are mandated to follow a procedure. But, before that, they have to satisfy some essential recertification requirements, which are explained below:

  • EMT- Paramedic: Recertification at Paramedic level requires a candidate to successfully finish 48 hours of refresher course, and 24 hours of continuing education. Applicants need to pay around $20.00 for processing the request.
