EMT Program in Arkansas

EMT program in Arkansas teaches students how to deal with patients in emergencies while providing life-support services to them. There are various colleges and technical institutions in Arkansas, which provide EMT program to the students. EMT program in Arkansas consists of three main levels, EMT-Basic, EMT-Intermediate as well as EMT-Paramedic.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The student must be of 18 years old.
  • The student must possess a driving license.

  • Patient assessment, patient history, documentation and communication
  • Epinephrine auto-injector
  • Airway management
  • Obstetrics and gynaecological emergencies
  • Injuries in head, neck, spine, chest, abdomen, musculoskeletal and soft tissues
  • Vital signs

However, you will not study the whole curriculum in one go. You will complete this coursework at different program levels.
